I have been drumming since 1978. I have played in many styles of music over the years, including rock, psychedelic, ambient, space music, big-band jazz, and orchestral. In recent years I'm been heaviest in the electronic music universe. Bands I've peformed in or with include Brainstatik, Solar Circus, The Gak Omek, The Electro-Music Chamber Orchestra. The Callipygian Blues Band and The Gangster Clairvoyants
My favorite type of music is Progressive Rock .My playing style reflects my love for odd time signatures, time changes, polyrhythms, and the pallet of sounds available through electronic drums. I am always interested in collaborating on progressive projects. I currently drum in Brainstatik, and I'm forming a project called Bridge To Chaos .As far as musical direction.... I'm open to anything, as long as I'm challenged. I've played too many simple 4/4 power chord songs over the years  I enjoy interesting drum parts for non-trivial arrangements. Bands that interest me most include Frank Zappa, King Crimson, Genesis, Peter Gabriel, Marillion, and Yes.
